1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and using the Swarve service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Swarve.


2. Service Use and Accounts

2.1. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2.2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3. Prohibited Content

Using Swarve to monetize links leading to illegal, pornographic, hateful, defamatory, pirated content, or content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending earnings.


3. Monetization and Payments

3.1. Dynamic CPM Algorithm

Swarve's Cost Per Mille (CPM) algorithm is dynamic and varies based on geographic traffic, traffic quality, and advertiser demand. Swarve reserves the right to adjust CPM rates at any time without prior notice.

3.2. Payment Criteria

Payments are processed once the account balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, which is specified in your user dashboard settings. Payouts are subject to a 72-hour traffic verification process to ensure impression legitimacy.

3.3. Invalid Traffic and Fraud

Any attempt to generate false impressions (bot traffic, self-clicking, using VPNs to manipulate geolocation, etc.) is considered fraud. Accounts engaging in fraud will be permanently suspended, and earnings generated from such traffic will be forfeited.


4. Limitation of Liability

Swarve is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Swarve does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no event shall Swarve be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.


5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., Spain], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
